Darcy Academy started out as a home for Lord Arthur Darcy and Lady Angelique Darcy. Lady Darcy was a very intelligent woman and studied often during the days when her husband and sons went away to war and she was to run her husband's affairs. Eventually Lady Darcy started to teach the children in the near by villages though only if they were one of the three. Eventually, Darcy Manor became Darcy Academy and welcomed students from country under a few strict conditions.
The Academy is always ran by a Darcy, only a Darcy or one of Darcy blood, is allowed to run it. The Darcy's ran the whole village, and owned almost all the land. Darcy Academy is in the middle of the country called Garvonia, on the outskirts of New Castle City where not many people know how to get. Due to old magic keeping out the humans.
You may ask, how did the school come to only be for Vampires, Werewolves, and Shapeshifters? Well, it's said that Lady Darcy was a vampire and made a vow when she started the school that only the three species would be allowed to be taught there, due to the fact that the vampires wouldn't be able to control themselves around humans. Werewolves could harm them, and shapeshifters would use them against the other two species if need be.
Vampires get along usually with the other two species, but occasionally a few will not. Werewolves get along with Vampires, most of the time, but most can't stand the Shapeshifters. The Shapeshifters are the same as the Werewolves.
In the late 1800's a war broke out between the werewolves and shape-shifters. The vampires attempted to stay neutral, though many were killed in the cross fire. Eventually the war ended, though the Werewolves and Shape-shifters stayed hostile towards each other.
200 years later, the war is starting up once more in small underground groups. The vampires are still hurt in numbers and want nothing to do with the war.
Darcy Academy is quickly becoming one of the only neutral places on the earth, though the students are starting to rebel against each other.
Which side will you join?
Students vary in age from 9 up to 18, seeing as the school is a middle school, high school.
Years are 1 to 9
The school colors are red and orange.
